Mary Beth Molt developed a love for horses and equestrian competition as a youngster.  As a junior rider Ms. Molt rode competitively in both the hunter and jumper disciplines.  She also spent time studying dressage with several different instructors. 

Ms. Molt began her professional riding career at the age of 22 in San Luis Obispo, CA.  She got her start working as a part time instructor and manager for a small jumper and dressage barn while attending college at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.  By the following year she knew she wanted to continue riding horses professionally.  Upon graduating from Cal Poly with a BS in Psychology she moved back home to Temecula, CA and started her own training barn.  Endar Equine in many ways is the progressive result of Ms. Molt's training barn and she has been with Endar Equine ever since the transition.

Ms. Molt clinics on a regular basis with top jumper riders Susan Hutchison and Anne Kursiniski.
